Being a Web5star Affiliate means that we will pay you a 20% commission on the monthly hosting fees for any customer
that you have referred to us and who have signed up for a hosting account. As well, we will pay you a 10% commission
on domain name registrations done by these customers and for as long as these referred customers remain with Web5star.

our way will continue to provide you with a percentage of their monthly hosting fees for as long as they remain customers

Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no cost to join our program.
Do I need to be a Web5star customer?
No. You can refer to Web5star your customers for hosting and domain name registration services without you being a
direct customer of Web5star. Naturally, if you do become a customer of Web5star you will receive a preferential
status in regard to your own requirements.
Do I need my own web site?
No, while it is useful to have your own website when marketing web hosting services, it is not a requirement of our
Affiliate Program. For you to receive the commission for a referral, you need to notify us by e-mail either prior to
the customer placing the order or just after the customer has placed the order. We will take care of the rest.
How and when will you pay me?
Your commission will be added to your Affiliate Ledger account each time the referred client makes a payment for
their web hosting, or a domain name registration/renewal. Typically this is when they initially sign up and every
three months or twelve months following. Payment of commissions are done upon request and presentation of your
invoice for any amount up to the total currently accrued in the Affiliate Ledger. Please review our brief list of
what we require for your invoice to be valid (Commercial Arrangement link). Within 7 days of receiving your valid
invoice, we will transfer your payment directly into your bank account or pay via a PayPal account so you can
access the funds immediately, or post a cheque to you if this is your preferred method of payment.
How can I find out how much commission I have earned?
All you need to do is to request a statement of your Affiliate Ledger via e-mail and we will e-mail it to you within
24 hours of receiving your request.
What terms and conditions apply to the Affiliate Program?
Please read through Web5star's terms and conditions under the "Affiliate Commercial Arrangement" heading (Commercial
Arrangement link) and ensure that you agree with them before joining the program.
Would the clients that I refer to Web5star remain my clients?
Absolutely. Your referred clients will be our customers for the purpose of hosting their website and registering
their domain names, otherwise they will remain your clients.
How do I join?
Send us an e-mail stating your wish to join and your agreement with our Affiliate Commercial Arrangement together
with your personal/business details as indicated on the Affiliates Program Overview web page.
